Has Adhikr been put upon him from among us? Nay, he is an odd liar!
The question and response of the Thamood people towards the Messenger and Message—Adhikr—were similar to the question and response of the people of Messenger Muhammad towards him and Adhikr—the Message with which all Messengers warned their people. Today’s Fujjar, who are mentioned as worthless people in verses 25: 17-18, also have the same question and response towards the believer who explains Adhikr in one’s heart’s language. That means they say: "Is Adhikr given upon him? What qualifications does he have for it? Why doesn’t any scholar in our society say what he says? Nay, he is a vainglorious and an odd man." These worst creatures in the land are not ready to read and understand Adhikr and evaluate whether It is the Three-Time Knowledge from the Three-Time Knower, or It is from any of the Lord’s creatures. That is why, through verse 7: 176, they are compared to a dog that will never change its attitude, whether it is disturbed or not. These Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar, whose Ledger is in Sijjeen of Hellfire as told in verse 83: 7, and who do not utilize their intelligence for fulfilling the aim of life, and who are not ready to hear and say about Adhikr, are mentioned as the worst creatures among the thousand communities of the Lord through verse 8: 22.
